How to add licenses to InsCipher for Idaho Brokers
Contact Carrie Negrette (email@example.com) before trying to add any new Idaho Licenses to the InsCipher portal. There is likely already a user account set up by the state associated to the license you are trying to add. If you try to add the license anyway, you will receive an email saying your license was declined. The state does not allow duplicate licenses to be added.
Option 1: I want to use the account set up by Idaho
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and use your license number as your User Name. An email will be sent to the email address on file to allow you to reset your password and gain access to your Idaho Filings.
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam filters and firewall settings to ensure the email did not get blocked on your end. Otherwise, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your license information and we can check your account settings to confirm the correct email address on file for the password reset email.
Option 2: I want to link this existing Idaho account with another broker account
Send a request to email@example.com, subject: "Merge Request - Broker Name - ID License #"
Include the following information in your email:
|Idaho License to Merge||
|Broker Account to Merge Idaho License into||
An account merge cannot be completed if either user account has unpaid invoices. Please make sure you do not have any unpaid invoices prior to making your request.
Once the merge is complete, the Idaho License will be placed in a Pending Status while the changes are reviewed by Idaho. Once reviewed and approved, the license will be placed in Active status.
